We also collect standard technical information required to keep the service running — device, browser, IP address, referrer, and pages you visit on elevox.ai.

Your information is used to:

• Deliver the programme you enrolled in
• Communicate with you about your cohort, mentors, and payments
• Process payments and issue GST invoices where applicable
• Understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it

Only the service providers required to run Elevox: our hosting provider, payment processor, and email provider. Each is bound by contract to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information — full stop.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your account and personal data

Programme records, invoices and email correspondence: as long as the law requires (typically seven years for financial records).

Everything else: for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
