Terms of Service

By enrolling in an Elevox programme, you agree to attend live sessions in good faith, engage with mentor feedback, and use programme materials solely for personal learning.

Cohorts are limited in size to keep mentorship meaningful. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.

Seven-day full refund — you can request a full refund up to seven days after your cohort start date, no questions asked.

After the seven-day window, refunds are pro-rated based on how much of the programme has run.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten working days.

You keep 70% of net subscription revenue for any project you list on the Elevox marketplace. Elevox retains 30% to cover hosting, billing, invoicing, customer support and platform infrastructure.

Payouts happen monthly, on the 7th of the following month, to the bank account you've registered.

Elevox reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content policy or that stop working reliably.

You retain full ownership of any project, code or content you build during or outside a programme.

By listing on the marketplace, you grant Elevox a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute and market your work through the Elevox platform. You can withdraw a listing at any time; the licence ends when you do.

We keep cohorts small so participants can rely on each other. We expect respect between students, mentors and staff, honest engagement with feedback, and no harassment or discrimination of any kind.

Serious violations result in removal from the programme without refund.

Elevox provides educational content and mentorship on an "as-is" basis. Career outcomes depend on many factors we cannot control — we do not guarantee any specific job or salary outcome from any programme.

Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the programme in question.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced via email to active students at least fourteen days before they take effect.
