What you are buying
Elevox programmes are taught in person, in a room, in Nagpur. There is no physical product, nothing is posted to you, and there is nothing to download. What you are buying is a reserved seat at a specific session on a specific date.
Because seats are capped and the room is real, the seat you book is held for you and is not offered to anyone else.
When and where you receive it
Your seat is confirmed the moment the payment succeeds, and the confirmation appears on screen straight away — your programme, the date, the start time and the address.
The same confirmation arrives on WhatsApp, at the number you verified during booking. If you also gave us an email address, it goes there too. You do not need to screenshot anything.
The service itself is delivered on the session date you chose, at:
3rd floor, Parate Complex, Plot #1/3, Khamla Rd, opposite Gulmohar Banquet Hall, Khamla, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440025
Come to that address at the time on your confirmation. Bring your phone. There is nothing else to collect and nothing to print.
If your confirmation does not arrive
If you have paid and no confirmation reaches you within a few minutes, do not pay again. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87676 12720 with the name and number you enrolled under and we will confirm your seat by hand.
Your seat exists from the moment the payment succeeds. A missing message is a delivery problem on our side, never a lost seat.
If the date or venue changes
If we have to move a session, we contact you on the number you enrolled with, and you choose between a seat on the new date and a full refund. See our cancellation and refunds policy.
If you need to move yourself, you can transfer to a later date of the same programme free, once per booking, up until your session starts.
